Electronic Communications Volunteer, 04/2009 – Present
Lead electronic communications volunteer for the Crystal T. Brown, Esq. campaign for the Indiana University Board of Trustees. Constructed her website at www.brownfortrustee.com and use various resources to create widgets for use on social networking websites and blogs. Also responsible for sending emails to potential voters.
Americorps VISTA (Volunteer In Service to America)
Marketing, Design, and Community Outreach Associate, 06/2008 – Present
Currently serving as a volunteer full time for a one year as a Marketing, Design, and Community Outreach Associate at Bosma Enterprises. As a member of the Philanthropy Team I work to increase community awareness and develop financial and volunteer resources to ensure the sustainability of the employment and support programs offered by Bosma Enterprises. By the end of my term I will have completed over 2,000 hours of community service.

Life Member, initiated December 5, 2004
Lifetime community servant promoting economic development, educational development, international awareness and involvement, physical and mental health awareness, and political awareness.
I am currently on the Executive Board of the Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as the Chair of the Publicity Committee. I also serve at the state level as the Indiana State Journalist on the Midwest Leadership Team. I am a member of the National Championship Step Team, and an ex-officio member of our Chapter’s Dr. Betty Shabazz Delta Academy Committee.

Coach for Success, 2002 – 2003
Performed direct volunteer service for two summers as an undergraduate to address community needs. I worked as a camp counselor in partnership with Indy Parks and Recreation at Broad Ripple Park and IPS School 61 in Indianapolis, IN. I completed over 900 hours of community service during which I helped several children ages 8 to 14 have a safe and productive summer.
